Pastor Adeboye Releases Controversial New Year Prophecy About Nigerians’ Future Under Tinubu Governor
The general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), pastor Enoch Adeboye has revealed God’s divine plan for Nigerians in 2026 under the administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Pastor Adeboye while ministering at the Redemption camp on 31st of December, 2025 during the prophecy session, informed the congregants that it has been divinely predestined that 2026 will bring about succour to troubled Nigerians.
He succinctly stated that God indeed has made the year 2026 a prosperous year for all Nigerians under the administration of president Bola Ahmed Tinubu as hunger and lack among Nigerians will drastically decrease. He claimed that the positive turnaround for Nigerians will result in the return of Nigerians living abroad to Nigeria due to the magnitude of the country’s economic and social prosperity in 2026. He said small and medium scale businesses enterprises will thrive in 2026.
“Concerning Nigeria, the prophecies are in two parts. I am not sure I want to share the second part because I will pray more about that. If God gives the God ahead, I will share the second part on Friday but for now, He (God) said this year there will be reduction in hunger. He said small and medium scale businesses enterprises will begin to blossom. He said something that I can only put down as reverse Japa– that many who had japa will come back home. Like I said that one part”, he stated.
Pastor Adeboye’s prophecy comes in the face of the ongoing controversy over the newly signed tax reform bill which comes into effect on January 1st, 2026.
Amid the allegation of bootleg due to reported alterations in the tax reform bill deliberated and passed by the Nigeria’s national assembly, the Nigeria’s presidency insist on the law coming into effect irrespective of the public’s concerns.
Economic analysts have argued that if implemented as being pushed by the president from January 1st, 2026, poor Nigerians currently grappling with the nation’s dwindling economic wellness, will be pushed further into penury.
However, pastor Adeboye’s new year prophecy says otherwise.
